Vie Key Consulting was established by Slava Volotovsky in 2007. The company provides consulting and other related services out of Luxembourg. Mr Volotovsky established Vie Key after 12 years with Deloitte and Ernst and Young.

CONSULTING SERVICES
We provide consulting and advisory services in relation to accounting, reporting, compliance and operation as relevant to the financial and commercial companies in Luxembourg. We also perform legal and/ or financial due diligence. We provide relevant, cost-competitive advice with open communication and timely follow up.
ACCOUNTING SERVICES
We provide accounting services to Luxembourg financial and commercial companies. We use BOB 50 software and our network of accounting and tax specialists. Together with accounting services we provide support in administration and operations.
RISK MANAGEMENT AND COMPLIANCE
We provide representation to both regulated and non-regulated companies in Luxembourg by participating in the Board of Directors. We also perform Risk Management function, financial control and reporting. We advise on compliance matters as relevant to Luxembourg as well as EU countries.
Expert witness services
We provide witness expert services as well as research and related due diligence. Mr Volotovsky is admitted to the list of Expert Judiciaire, Branche: comptabilité, fiscalité, économie, commerce et finances, Luxembourg. He also has experience in cross-border transactions and choice of law situations. Mr. Volotovsky provided expert witness assistance services to a client of Raymond Cox QC.
